Life Coaching Session

Service Description

Based either online or in our community gardens in the heart of a green oasis of Seedley/Buile Hill Park there are a range of activities that we can do together as part of a Life Coach session. On your journey you will be learning and sharing skills and memories whilst building a physical and emotional place of peace and harmony for yourself to reflect in. Using integrative therapies and learning in an organolepitc style.
